Connect to the GWN7610’s Web GUI and go to Network Group
Edit or create a new Network Group; and go to WiFi
Use MAC Filtering option is set to Disabled by default, users can choose whitelist and add/remove the MAC Address that will be authorized to connect to this SSID, or choose Blacklist and add/remove the MAC Address that will be forbidden from connecting to this SSID.MAC filtering is disabled by default. You can choose MAC addresses to whitelist or blacklist when connecting under a specific SSID.
Can I customize the wallpaper on the GXP2130/GXP2140/GXP2160?
Yes, you could go to GXP phone’s Web GUI -> Settings -> LCD Display -> Wallpaper to load your customized wallpaper file. There are 3 ways to load wallpaper file. One of them is setting “Wallpaper source” to “Download” and entering your file server path to “Wallpaper Server Path”. When rebooting, phone will look for wallpaper.jpg or wallpaper.jpeg from the file server. You could also upload wallpaper from local directory or USB root directory. Note: The Wallpaper Server Path must be TFTP, HTTP or HTTPs. Without specified, phone will assume it is HTTP.

Yes, any text entered on the ‘Name’ field along with the ‘User ID’ will be displayed on the LCD in Bold (for Account 1 only). Under Basic Settings, field ‘Display Clock instead of Date’ should be set to No.

Yes, on each Account Page, there is a field for ‘Disabling Missed Calls’. If set to Yes, ‘Missed Calls’ for that Account will not be recorded anymore.

Yes, GVC3200/GVC3202 support local mixing between SIP and H.323 as well as other 3rd party Android applications (e.g. Skype, Google Hangouts, etc.)
Can I invite other parties to join the conference room?
Yes. From UCM6100 series web GUI->PBX->Call Features->Conference, there is an option icon "Invite a participant" on each conference room. Click on it and enter the extension number of the party you would like to invite. Then click on "Add". A call will be sent to the extension to participate in the conference. A conference participant can also invite other parties to the conference from the phone during the call. Please make sure option "Enable User Invite" is turned on for the conference room first. Then you can enter 0 (with participant's permission) or enter 1 (without participant's permission) during the conference call, and follow the voice prompt to invite other party to the conference. Note: Conference administrator can always invite other parties from the phone during the call, by entering 0 (with participant's permission) or 1 (without participant's permission). To join a conference room as administrator, enter the admin password when joining the conference..

Direct IP calling allows two parties, that is, a Handset and another VoIP Device, to talk to each other in an ad-hoc fashion without a SIP proxy. Elements necessary to complete a Direct IP Call: Both DP715 and other VoIP Device, have public IP addresses, or Both DP715 and other VoIP Device are on the same LAN using private IP addresses, or Both DP715 and other VoIP Device can be connected through a router using public or private IP addresses (with necessary port forwarding or DMZ). DP715 supports two ways to make Direct IP Calling: Using IVR Pick up the Handset then access the voice menu prompt by dial “***” Dial “47” to access the direct IP call menu Enter the IP address after the dial tone and voice prompt “Direct IP Calling” Using Star Code Pick up the Handset and then dial “*47” Enter the target IP address. Note: NO dial tone will be played between step 1 and 2. Examples of Direct IP Calls: a) If the target IP address is 192.168.0.160, the dialing convention is *47 or Voice Prompt with option 47, then 192*168*0*160 followed by pressing the “#” key if it is configured as a send key or wait 4 seconds. In this case, the default destination port 5060 is used if no port is specified. b) If the target IP address/port is 192.168.1.20:5062, then the dialing convention would be: *47 or Voice Prompt with option 47, then 192*168*0*160*5062 followed by pressing the “#” key if it is configured as a send key or wait for 4 seconds. Note: When completing direct IP call, the “Use Random Port” should set to “NO”.

The Handset can be registered to 4 different DP715 base stations; however the DP715 can only receive/make calls using a specific DP715 Base station. User may choose the Handset registration to be manual or automatic. If user selects the manual mode, user needs to select which Base station he wishes to use. If the user selects the automatic mode, the Handset will be able to make/receive calls using the latest Base station it registered to, if the handset looses the coverage of the active Base station it will start searching for any other available Base Station it was previously registered to.
Can I register my handset to more than one DP750 base station?
Can I restore a backup file from one UCM model on another different UCM model?
Yes, starting from firmware 188.8.131.52, backup files are compatible among UCM61xx/UCM62xx models. Users can restore backup files from one UCM61xx/UCM62xx model to another. However, if you are restoring a backup file from a higher UCM model number to a lower one, you will be warned and prompted that the additional feature (e.g., FXO ports, extensions or conference rooms) is not available and the restore will not be allowed. This happens when the backup file is from a model that has more FXO ports, extensions or conference rooms configured than the maximum supported capability on the target UCM. For example, when the user is trying to restore a backup file from UCM6108 on UCM6104, if FXO port 5 to 8 are configured on UCM6108, the user will not be able to restore the backup file on UCM6104 because UCM6104 only supports FXO port 1 to 4. In this case, please manually delete the configuration of FXO port 5 to 8 and create backup on UCM6108 again to be restored on UCM6104.
Can I restore and backup the UCM6100 series configurations?
Yes. The UCM6100 series supports local backup and network backup under web GUI->Maintenance->Backup. - Local backup. Select the files to be backed up locally. After backup, a list of previous backup files will be displayed in this page. The backup files can be downloaded or directly used for restore. Please note that backing up voice, voicemail, voice record and CDR files requires SD card or USB Flash drive to be plugged into the UCM6100 series first. - Network backup. Configure the SFTP server login information and backup time to and backup the UCM6100 series files remotely to a SFTP server. Additionally, users can go to web GUI->PBX->Maintenance->Cleaner to set up schedule and clean up the CDR as well as voice records in UCM6100 series after backup.

The DP715 cannot be used with a repeater to increase the coverage range.
Can I use a third-party handset with the DP715 Base Station?
The DP715 is compatible only with Grandstream Handset, and cannot be used with any 3rd party Handset.

Yes, virtual MPK can be used on GXP2200 without GXP2200EXT. Firstly, download and install the MPK app from GS Market. Then users can configure the MPK settings in the MPK app or via Web GUI->Advanced settings->MPK LCD Settings. Open the MPK app on the GXP2200 to monitor or dial the configured MPKs.

All the registered handset to the DP715 base station may use the same SIP Account and share it across all the handset, the users need to use Hunt group feature to allow this scenario, the DP715 offer different hunt group option to manage the incoming calls depending on his needs: Linear, parallel and Shared line. Linear Style will sort the call to the lowest-numbered available line; this is also called “serial hunting”. Parallel Style will ring all the handsets on incoming calls. Shared line Style will ring all the handsets on incoming calls, any handset member of the same hunt group that try to dial out while there is an ongoing call it will be automatically conference in the ongoing call.
Can I use the GXP2200 to answer paging/intercom call?
Yes, the GXP2200 can be configured to auto-answer the paging/intercom call. To do this, go to web GUI->Account->Call Settings and select "Enable Intercom/Paging" for option "Auto Answer".
