Q: Where can I find user manuals for all products?
Click here and select the Grandstream product. You are able to download the user manual under the "Documentation" tab.

Q: What is Grandstream's RMA procedure?
If you purchased the devices from the reseller, please contact them for replacement, otherwise, please follow the procedures below to file RMA.
  • Customer sends an RMA request with the list of MACs and model and brief description on how are they deemed defective, along with shipping address and phone contact information. Please also confirm what type of power supply you need for replacement, US or European?
  • Support team goes through normal trouble shooting process with customer.
  • Support team generates RMA for the defective units.Customer follows RMA email to send the units back.
  • Upon receiving returns, the replacement will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
Q: Does Grandstream products support IAX/IAX2?
IAX/IAX2 are proprietary protocols and Grandstream does not currently support these protocols.

Q: What is TR-069 and does Grandstream devices support it?

It is a protocol for communication between CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) and an ACS (Auto Configuration Server) that provides secure auto-configuration as well as other CPE management functions within a common framework.  Grandstream devices do support this protocol. Q: What is provisioning and how do I provision my Grandstream device?
Grandstream SIP Devices can be configured via Web Interface as well as via Configuration File through TFTP or HTTP/HTTPS download. All Grandstream SIP devices support a proprietary binary format configuration file. New product families such as GXP21xx/14xx, GXV31xx, HT50x and GXW40xx accept configuration files in XML format in addition to the legacy proprietary binary formatClick here for more details.
