Q: Is there additional equipment required for my headset to work?

Based on the headsets that we've tested we found the below combinations of headsets and quick disconnect cables that work great together on our phones.

**X : The GXP2000 required the Plantronics 25915-01 cord in order for it to work

Note:  When using a 2.5mm plug with either the GXV3140 or GXV3175 you are required to use the 3.5mm dongle that comes with the phone.


Q: Which EHS headset works on my Grandstream phone?

For full support of EHS, you will need the following cable and headset models from Plantronics:

Headsets:

  • CS500 Series
  • Savi 700 Series

EHS Adapters:

  • APV-62
  • APV-63

Plantronics also has a communication hub(headset base only) model MDA200 that is also support on our phones.

Note: The EHS adapter is not included with the headsets nor the communication hub.  Currently EHS is only supported on the GXP2124.
