Training and Certification

To ensure the success of our relationship and to maintain high quality standards, Grandstream utilizes a complete training and testing certification process for all qualifying companies.  This certification process allows Grandstream to provide support for the GXE product portfolio. We   equip you with the product and technical skills you need to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

All certified resellers must achieve and maintain a minimum of one GXE product certification in their company. In return, technical support will be given to the certified person via ticketing system and telephone.  All of our Certified Resellers receive a comprehensive benefits program, including eligibility for growth incentives, training, priority support, and access to End User Sales leads.
