Please explain the RMA procedure.

If you purchased the devices from the reseller, please contact them for replacement, otherwise, please follow the procedures below to file RMA.

  • Customer sends an RMA request with the list of MACs and model and brief description on how are they deemed defective, along with shipping address and phone contact information. Please also confirm what type of power supply you need for replacement, US or European?
  • Support team goes through normal trouble shooting process with customer.
  • Support team generates RMA for the defective units.Customer follows RMA email to send the units back.
  • Upon receiving returns, the replacement will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days.

 

Does Grandstream products support IAX/IAX2?

IAX/IAX2 are proprietary protocols and Grandstream does not currently support these protocols.
