nexMatrix Adds Auto-Provisioning Support for Grandstream IP Phones

nexMatrix Resellers and Installers can now quickly and easily provision Grandstream’s GXP series IP phones using nexMatrix’s Auto-Provisioning templates

Nampa, ID and Boston, MA (August 9, 2016)— nexMatrix and Grandstream Networks, Inc. announced today the availability of auto-provisioning templates for Grandstream’s Enterprise and Small Business IP Phones.  nexMatrix resellers and installers can now seamlessly provision Grandstream’s GXP2100 series and GXP1600 series IP phones on nexMatrix’s hosted and on-premise IP PBXs using the auto-provisioning templates available from nexMatrix. These templates also make it easy for Grandstream users to configure their IP phones with nexMatrix’s variety of VoIP service options.

“We are excited to team up with nexMatrix to offer their resellers and installers a quick and easy way to provision our devices,” said David Li, CEO of Grandstream. “The easier provisioning is, the more time and money it saves everyone in the channel. We have seen nexMatrix continue to grow over the years and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them to make IP communications easier and more effective for both of our channels.”

According to Kevin McMahan, President & CEO of nexMatrix Telecom, Grandstream’s dominance in the IP phone market is a distinct advantage.  “The seamless integration of our PBX with Grandstream’s products in both the Enterprise and SMB markets gives our resellers some great options,” he said.  “Plug-and-play provisioning makes deploying our premise or hosted solutions a snap, and our long-standing relationship with Grandstream ensures that we will continue to offer best-in-class support and functionality to our customer base,” he added.

The Protel LTS Premise PBX can serve any size organization – from smaller home office-based companies to enterprise deployments and call centers. nexMatrix also offers Hosted PBX options that give resellers the ability to set end user price points and generate hefty recurring revenue without having to set up billing systems, and their business-class SIP trunking provides customers with reliable VoIP service with no limit to concurrent call sessions.

Grandstream’s GXP2100 series of  Enterprise IP phones offer a variety features designed to fit every user’s need— ranging from simple calling features to high-call volume devices for larger needs.  This series of Enterprise IP Phones come equipped with HD audio support, full color-screen operating systems, various BLF/speed dial/extension module options, built-in Bluetooth and POE on asthetically appealing deigns for added value and productivity.
